(A300-608ST -often referred to as "Beluga" used for instance by Airbus Industrieto transport aircraft parts is only a modified Airbus A300-600). There are also747-400ER, an extended-range-variant of the 747-400, yet to be delivered (andsome modified from previous passenger use) and even more as pure freighters called 747-400ERF.
