Due to presence of birds on and around the arpt, all pilots should exer caution dur taxiing, ldg, and tkof. No BASH mechanism avlb. Durwet rwy sfc cond; potential exists for hydroplaning due to conc sfc cond and ponding up to 72 hr post rain event. Aircrews are advs to avoid tkof, ldg up to 15min post rain event.
